S&B Industrial Minerals S.A. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 in combination with article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that Ms. Oikonomopoulou Nicole, wife of Mr Ulysses Kyriakopoulos, purchased on 24/1/2008, 300 common shares of our company of a total value of Euro 2.790.
This transaction has been duly acknowledged to the Company pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005 by Ms Oikonomopoulou Nicole, wife of Mr. Ulysses Kyriakopoulos, Chairman of the Board of Directors.
