The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 that the following persons acquired shares of the Company following exercise of the Company's stock options:
1. The Group's Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Konstantinos Rozakeas, acquired 20,000 common shares at the value of 80,000 euros.
2. The Fragrances Category Marketing Manager, Mrs. Andorniki Syropoulou, acquired 30,000 common shares at the value of 120,000 euros.
3. The Group's Deputy General Manager, Mr. Nikolaos Evangelou, acquired 15,000 common shares at the value of 60,000 euros.
4. The Accounting Department Manager, Mr. Vasilios Meidanis, acquired 15,000 common shares at the value of 60,000 euros.
5. The Group's Legal Advisor, Mr. Konstantinos Stamatiou, acquired 20,000 common shares at the value of 80,000 euros.
6. The Household Category Marketing Manager, Mr. Efstathios Christopoulos, acquired 20,000 common shares at the value of 80,000 euros.
7. The General Manager of the Group's subsidiary Sarantis Romania, Mr. Constantin Tudorache, acquired 10,000 common shares at the price of 40,000 euros.
8. The Group's Supply Chain Director, Mr. Dimitris Papanikolaou, acquired 5,000 common shares at the value of 20,000.
9. The Manager of the Luxury Cosmetics and the Health & Care department, Mr. Manolis Lekkas, acquired 14,000 common shares at the value of 56,000 euros.
10. The Manager of the IT department, Mr. Antonios Agiostratitis, acquired 5,000 common shares at the value of 20,000 euros.
11. The Hellas Consumer division Manager, Mr. Evangelos Kypriotis, acquired 5,000 common shares at the value of 20,000 euros.
