MORGAN STANLEY informed the Company in writing on 13.03.2008 that on 06.03.2008 it purchased common registered shares with a voting right of HELLENIC EXCHANGES S.A. HOLDING CLEARING SETTLEMENT & REGISTRY (HELEX). Following the abovementioned purchase, MORGAN STANLEY indirectly holds 5.011% of the share capital of HELEX (from 4.968% before the purchase).
