(Issuer) announces in accordance to L.3556/2007 and following respective information that on 28th February, 2008, the total percentage of participation of SIVET HOLDING INC, Chairman, Treasurer and Director of which is Mr. Petros Vettas, in the share capital and voting rights of the Issuer raised to 5.0% corresponding to 5,210,000 shares held directly.
