On January 25th 2008, the company Sea Star Capital Plc informed our Board of Directors that sold 18,942,487 common registered voting shares of the company's share capital. After the abovementioned transaction its stake decreased from 26.7% to 0.0%.
On January 25th 2008, the company ATLANTICA Spa Di NAVIGAZIONE informed our Board of Directors that participates in Minoan Lines' share capital with 30.0% and holds 21,282,000 common registered voting shares.
