In response to your letter with protocol number 326/24-1-2008 regarding a press article on the web-portal 'CAPITAL', we inform you that we have not received any formal information from ISAP S.A. regarding the decision of its BoD to award the project 'Lines Infrastructure Renovation and Backing of the Tunnel from Omonoia to Monastiraki of ISAP SA' (L.N. 32/06) of total budget 109,000,000 euros (ex. VAT) to AKTOR.
As is known, all statutory procedures must first be complied including the audit conducted by the Court of Audit, before the signing of the contract.
In any case, whenever we receive formal information from the appropriate authority, we will promptly inform you.
