We would like to inform the Athens Stock Exchange and the investment community that the company has received a letter from the company «Sea Star Capital plc» share holder of Minoan Lines, informing us that it has agreed with the company «Atlantica S.P.A Di Navigazione» to sell 18,942,487 ordinary shares in the price of 100,205,756 euro or 5.29 euro, per share.
