KLEEMANN HELLAS S.A. announces based on Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21) in combination with article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that on January 24, 2008, the Treasury Manager (bound person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005), Mrs. Ekaterini Koukountzou bought 1.000 common shares, with a total net value of euro 7.645,00, and the Commercial Manager (bound person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005), Mr. Nikolaos N. Koukountzos bought 2.250 common shares, with a total net value of euro 17.048,96.
