Following the completion of the increase of the Bank's share capital by the issue of 8.385 new shares which resulted from the exercise of equivalent number of warrants pursuant to the Board of Directors decision of 16.10.2000 and the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders decision of 21.11.2000, the Bank's share capital is divided into 796.691.149 common shares of nominal value CYP 0,50 (Euro 0,86), each share carrying the right to one vote.
The new shares, which resulted by the increase, were credited to the securities accounts of the beneficiary shareholders on the Dematerialized Securities System (DSS) and began trading on the Athens Stock Exchange on 20.12.2007.
