New Project to SingularLogic Group by the Greek Ministry of Economy and Finance
In accordance to article 10 of Law 3340/2005 and to article 2 of decision 3/347/12.7.2005 of CMC, SingularLogic S.A. informs the investors that the Greek Ministry of Economy has assigned the project of creating, operating and monitoring the Information System of equalizing the coefficient of Special Consumer Use Tax of heating and transportation oil, by establishing a tax return procedure, to SingularLogic Integrator, a 100% SingularLogic SA subsidiary.
This project aims to create the necessary Information System and provide IT monitoring and verification services of all heating oil (Diesel) related transactions, performed by practicians at all levels, starting with the filing of the Declaration of Consumer Use Tax to the appropriate Customs Authority and ending with the sale to the final consumer, under the framework of equalizing the coefficient of Special Consumer Use Tax of heating and transportation oil, by establishing a tax return procedure.
