ANEK LINES S.A. announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 (article 3 and article 21), in combination with the decision no. 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Committee, that "SAINES HOLDINGS LTD" which is legally represented by Ioannis Vardinoyannis son of Iosif (person obliged to acknowledge his stock exchange transactions on the company's shares according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005), on the 24/01/2008, proceeded to the sale of 2.575.000 common registered stocks of our company, of total net value Euro 5.793.750 .
