ELVAL SA announces that, pursuant to article 9 par. 5 of law 3556/2007, following the completion of the share capital increase resulting from the exercising of stock option rights for the acquisition of shares, the Company's share capital amounts to Euro 37,230,244.50, while the total number of outstanding voting rights amounts to 124,100,815 resulting from an equal number of common bearer shares of Euro 0.30 par value per share.
