SIDENOR SA announces that, pursuant to article 9 par. 5 of law 3556/2007, following the completion of the share capital increase resulting from the exercizing of stock option rights for the acquisition of shares, the Company's share capital amounts to Euro 39,413,091.31, while the total number of outstanding voting rights amounts to 96,129,491 resulting from an equal number of common bearer shares of Euro 0.41 par value per share.
