Pursuant to article 292 par.2 of the Athens Exchange Regulations, Alpha Bank announces that, according to the Financial Calendar of 2008, its Condensed Financial Data and Information for the year 2007 is published in the press on Wednesday, February 27, 2008, while the Ordinary General Meeting of its Shareholders will be held on Thursday, April 3, 2008. Beneficiaries of the 2007 dividend will be Alpha Bank shareholders at the closing of the Athens Exchange trading session on Friday, April 4, 2008. The ex-dividend day will be Monday, April 7, 2008 and the dividend payout will commence on Tuesday, April 15, 2008.
