EUROLINE INVESTMENTS S.A. (from now on "the Issuer"), announces in accordance to Law 3556/07, articles 9, 14 and 21, Decision 1/434/03.07.07 and Circular 33 of Hellenic Capital Market Commission, that COMMERZBANK AG notified to the Issuer, with its amended notification from 6.2.2008, as per 1.2.2008 its first notification, that its total percentage on the share capital and the total of rights of votes of the Issuer on the 28.1.2008, was increased from 0,00% to 18,32%, which equals to 1.947.371 shares and rights of votes that it possesses directly. The reason for the amendment is that the shares are for hedging purposes.
