Marfin Popular Bank announces that a sale agreement with the Dubai Financial Group has been signed. By this agreement Dubai Financial Group will acquire from Marfin Popular Bank 53.532.184 shares of Marfin Investment Group (6,45%) at the price of 7 Euro per share the latest by 31 March 2008.
