MYTILINEOS HOLDINGS S.A. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 in combination with article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that Mr Dimitrios Daskalopoulos, person obligated to notify pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005, bought, on February 12th, 2008, 20.000 common shares of the company of a total value of Euro 204,170.00. This transaction has been duly acknowledged to the Company pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005.
