By enforcement of the article 4, par. 4 of the EU Directive 2273/2003, the Company Dias Porfolio Investments S.A announces purchase of own shares according with the relevant resolutions of its Annual General Meeting of its shareholders on 25.04.2007 and its Board of Directors on 18.06.2007, through the EFG Secutities (member of the Athens Stock Exchange), as follows: a) on 25/01/2008 the Company purchased 9,500 own shares at an average cost per share of euro 1.23 and a total value of euro 11.685. After the above mentioned purchase, the percentage of the treasury stock of company amounts to 2.87% of its share capital.
