Info-Quest S.A. announces that its 100% subsidiary company QUEST ENERGY S.A. which operates in the production of electric power from renewable energy sources will complete a share capital increase in February 2008 amounting euro 4.668.300.
Thrush Investment Holdings Ltd, a David - Leventis families affiliated company, will cover the share capital increase according to the 14/2/2008 shareholders agreement between Info-Quest S.A. and Thrush Investment Holdings Ltd.
After the above mentioned share capital increase, Info-Quest will have a 55% share and Thrush Investment Holdings Ltd will have a 45% share of Quest Energy S.A.
