Rilken Cosmetics Industry S.A. announces, based on Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21) in combination with article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, that on January 24th, 2008, the Independent Non Executive Member of the Board of Directors (bound person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005), Mr. Apostolos Mitsovoleas bought 2000 common shares, with a total net value of Euro 11.000,00.
