The company "CON. CARDASSILARIS & SONS S.A." - Cardico announces that, according to article 290 of ATHEX regulation and following relevant announcement, for the complete information of the investment community, the Extraordinary Shareholders General Meeting as of February 4th, 2008, decided the purchase of Company own shares, according to article 16 of Cod. Law 2190/1920 as it was amended by L. 3604/2007 as the related legislation. The Company is going to purchase up to 1,000,000 own shares, that does not exceed 10% of the total number of the company's outstanding shares, after deducting all Company own shares already held from previous purchases.
The highest acquisition price will be 5.00 euro per share.
The lowest acquisition price will be 0.50 euro per share.
The period within which the purchases will take place is from February 15, 2008 till December 31, 2008.
