The shareholder Stichting Pensioenfonds ABP with its letter of 4.2.2008 has notified Forthnet S.Α. of the change in the percentages of its shares and voting rights in the share capital of Forthnet from 9.84% to 10.01% out of a total of 38,857,831 common registered shares issued by Forthnet S.A. after the purchase of 65,244 common registered shares with voting rights on the 4th February 2008. As a result, Stichting Pensioenfonds ABP participates directly by a percentage of 10.01% in the share capital of Forthnet S.A. which corresponds to 3,890,693 common registered shares with voting rights out of a total of 38,857,831 common registered shares.
