a) Capital World Growth and Income Fund, Inc holds 16,004,410 direct shares, namely percentage 5.0171% over the total share capital of OPAP S.A. and the respective voting rights as of January 16th, 2008. The number of shares prior to the triggering transaction amounted to 15,949,410, namely percentage 4.9998% over the total share capital of OPAP S.A. and the respective voting rights
b) Capital World Growth and Income Fund, Inc is managed by Capital Research and Management Company - an investment management company which holds the respective voting rights.Capital Research and Management Company, in its previous notification, announced the indirect holding of 10,3390% over the total share capital of the company and the respective voting rights as of 17.12.2007. Capital World Growth and Income Fund, Inc holdings were included in the above mentioned filing.
