COSMOTE MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS S.A. announces, in accordance to L.3556/2007, L.3340/2005 (art. 13) and the 1/434/3.07.2007 and 3/347/12.7.2005 decisions of the HCMC?s BoD, that on 21/1/2008 Mr N. Tsolas*, COSMOTE Romania Managing Director, acquired 4,360 common ordinary shares of the Company of a total value of 58,685.60 euro, due to the exercise of stock option rights. *It is noted that on 21/1/2008 Mr. N.Tsolas resigned from the position of COSMOTE Romania Managing Director.
