The company BENRUBI S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/03.07.2007 that Mrs Aliki Benrubi daughter of Samuel, Vice Chairman of the BOD and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, proceeded on 11/01/2008 to the purchase of 16.000 (sixteen thousands) common shares of total net value 62.872,84 euros (sixty two thousands eight hundred seventy two euros and eighty four cents).
