ELLINIKI TECHNODOMIKI TEB S.A. discloses the following:
1) Anastasios Kallitsantsis, President of the Board of Directors of the company ELLINIKI TECHNODOMIKI TEB S.A. (bound person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005), in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 (16), (bb) and 21), in combination with the provision of article 11 of Decision No. 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces that he proceeded to the purchase of 15,000 common registered shares of the Company on 07.03.2008, with a total net value of Euro 115,200.00, a transaction that was disclosed on us in accordance with article 13 of Law 3340/2005.
2) Leonidas Bobolas, Managing Director of the company ELLINIKI TECHNODOMIKI TEB S.A. (bound person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005), in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 (16), (bb) and 21), in combination with the provision of article 11 of Decision No. 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces that he proceeded to the purchase of 20,000 common registered shares of the Company on 07.03.2008, with a total net value of Euro 151,948.42, a transaction that was disclosed on us in accordance with article 13 of Law 3340/2005.
3) Koutras Dimitrios, Member of the Board of Directors of the company ELLINIKI TECHNODOMIKI TEB S.A. (bound person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005), in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 (16), (bb) and 21), in combination with the provision of article 11 of Decision No. 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces that he proceeded to the purchase of 15,000 common registered shares of the Company on 07.03.2008, with a total net value of Euro 114,000.00, a transaction that was disclosed on us in accordance with article 13 of Law 3340/2005.
