Announcement of Regulated Information according to Law 3556/2007
The company "DIAGNOSTIC & THERAPEUTIC CENTER OF ATHENS HYGEIA S.A." announces according to Law 3556/2007 that from the 21st of January 2008 commenced trading the 66,670,000 register bonds convertible to register ordinary shares of the Company, of nominal value of EUR 4.50 each.
The abovementioned bonds came from the issuance of the Convertible Bond Loan that was decided and approved respectively from the Postponed Ordinary General Meeting of the Company's shareholders on the 18th of July 2006 and the first repeat Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company's shareholders on the 2nd of February 2007.
The present announcement is published according to the provisions of article 21 of Law 3556/2007 and has been posted on the Company's website (www.hygeia.gr)
