J&P-AVAX SA signed on 15.01.2008 with ARINI SA the contract titled "Construction of Commercial Complex in Neo Psychico", worth 6.675 million euros (excl. VAT).
The project pertains to the construction of a new commercial complex in the city of Neo Psychico in the Athens metropolitan area, which will include a four-storey building for office & commercial use and a three-storey building for commercial use, totaling 2,654 sq.m., as well as a five-storey underground car park with a capacity of 160 cars.
The project carries a 15-month deadline.
