The company INTRALOT announces, according to the Law 3556/2007 and in conjunction with the article 11 of Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, that Mr. Dimitrios Kremmidas - person obligated to notify pursuant to Law 3340/2005 - sold on 7.2.2008, 3,400 common registered shares of INTRALOT, bearing voting rights, having a total value of euro 41,820.00.
