Peania, June 11, 2015 - Τhe world's leading Compliance Solution of INTRASOFT International, ESKORT, has expanded its scope to include new fields such as the implementation of labour legislation and the fight against undeclared work. The ESKORT Compliance Solution is a part of the new integrated IT system of the Hellenic Labour Inspectorate (S.EP.E), a 3.6 million EUR project that is currently being implemented by INTRASOFT International.

The scope of this project is to upgrade S.EP.E's audit cycle, to support its redesigned and upgraded administrative procedures and to provide advanced electronic services to businesses, employees and the general public. In this context, the ESKORT Compliance Solution will be the basic tool in supporting S.EP.E's efforts to enhance its audit capabilities. By using data from the existing IT systems of S.EP.E (ERGANI), the Social Security Organization (IKA), the Manpower Employment Organization (OAED) and the Ministry of Finance (TAXIS), the new system will support and facilitate the work of Labour Inspectors.

The project, which is funded by the Operational Program "Digital Convergence", is currently under implementation and is expected to be completed before the end of 2015.

The total number of employers and employees in Greece will soon be able to transact with SEPE through the new portal, which will reduce the administrative burden and improve the quality of the offered services. At the same time, the use of these technological tools will help S.EP.E optimize its internal procedures, reduce its operating costs and conduct its audit and advisory work more effectively.
