COSMOTE MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS S.A. announces, in accordance to L.3556/2007, L.3340/2005 (art. 13) and the 1/434/3.07.2007 and 3/347/12.7.2005 decisions of the HCMC's BoD, that on 21/1/2008 Ms V. Bilitsi, COSMOTE Investor Relations Manager, acquired 1,370 common ordinary shares of the Company of a total value of 21,933.70 euro, due to the exercise of stock option rights.
