NIREUS SA announces that, on the 28th of January 2008 and following the decisions of the Extraordinary General Meeting of 7/1/2008, the company signed an agreement for a joint bond loan for 90 mi. euros with the representatives of a group of banks. The loan has a 7 year duration and an interest rate of euribor +1.4 basic. The organizing bank for the loan is Emporiki Bank. Participating banks are: Emporiki, EFG Eurobank and Millenium.
The loan will be used to refinance existing loans under more favorable terms (see announcements of 27/11/2007 and 8/1/2008).
