In accordance to article 10 of Law 3340/2005 and to article 2 of decision 3/347/12.7.2005 of the CMC, SingularLogic SA informs investors on a change in the BoD composition. The Company BoD, at its 23/01/2008 meeting, after electing Mr. Nikolaos Kontopoulos, replacing Mr. Charalabos Stavrinoudakis who resigned, was installed in office as follows:

Ratification of the above changes in BoD members will be realized at the first subsequent General Assembly Meeting.
Also, Mr Nikolaos Kontopoulos has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the SingularLogic Group, with competencies that cover both financial and administrative matters. Mr Nikolaos Kontopoulos will assume his new duties on January 31st, 2008 replacing Mr. Charalabos Stavrinoudakis who will remain with the Company until January 30th, 2008.
