The company BENRUBI S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/03.07.2007 that Mrs Aliki Benrubi daughter of Samuel, Vice Chairman of the BOD and Chief Executive Officer of the Company (bound person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005), proceeded on 14/01/2008 to the purchase of 5.000 (five thousands) common shares of total net value 19.761,76 euros (nineteen thousands seven hundred sixty one euros and seventy six cents).
