Pursuant to Law 3556/2007, J&P-AVAX SA announces the purchase of 3,000 shares on 07.02.2008 for a consideration of euro 16,172.38 by Mrs Eleni Mitzalis, a close relative of Managing Director Mr Constantine Mitzalisi (considered an nsider as per Article 13 of Law 3340/2005).
