COSMOTE MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS S.A. announces, in accordance to L.3556/2007, L.3340/2005 (art. 13) and the 1/434/3.07.2007 and 3/347/12.7.2005 decisions of the HCMC's BoD, that on 21/1/2008 Mr M. Stoukidis, COSMOFON's Deputy CEO, acquired 12,890 common ordinary shares of the Company of a total value of 173,499.40 euro, due to the exercise of stock option rights.
