The Water Supply and Sewerage Company of Thessaloniki S.A announces that on the 3rd meeting of the Board of Directors, on the 21/1/2008 the following was decided on:
1. Approval of the altered draft convention Contract between the Greek State and EYATH S.A for the maintenance, repair/rebuild and extension of the sewerage network for rain water and operation and maintenance of rain water pumping plants in the general conurbation of Thessaloniki
2. Approval of draft convention Contract aiming to supply services regarding the distribution of water and sewerage invoices of EYATH S.A, between EYATH S.A and EYATH SERVICES S.A.
3. Approval of draft convention Contract aiming to supply services regarding measuring the indications of the water witches of EYATH S.A, between EYATH S.A and EYATH SERVICES S.A.
4. Approval of draft convention Contract for assigning the project of biogas production and co- production of electricity in the Sewerage Treatment Plant of Thessaloniki (STP-Th) , between EYATH S.A and EYATH SERVICES S.A.
5. Approval of draft convention Contract for granting exclusive rights to the commercial and managerial exploitation of the water supply and sewerage network in the EYATH S.A' s area of jurisdiction aiming to supply any kind of telecommunication services, between EYATH S.A and EYATH SERVICES S.A.
6. Approval of draft convention Contract aiming to install, make passage for and exploit telecommunications networks with fiber optics passing through the water supply and sewerage networks according to articles 18 par. 2c of L. 2937/2001 and 17.1 of the program contract of the 27-7-2001 .
7. Approval of contract plan Contract for water supply services in the Municipality of Chalastra Prefecture of Thessaloniki.
