COSMOTE MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS S.A. announces, in accordance to L.3556/2007, L.3340/2005 (art. 13) and the 1/434/3.07.2007 and 3/347/12.7.2005 decisions of the HCMC's BoD, that on 6/2/2008 Ms S. Konstantinou, COSMOTE Financial Planning Director, sold 8,210 common ordinary shares of the Company of a total value of 215,513 euro.
