"MARFIN POPULAR BANK PUBLIC CO LTD" wishes to inform investors that, following the completion of the procedures for the conversion and rounding up of the nominal value of its shares form Cyprus Pounds to Euro and the increase of its share capital by capitalization of part of the share premium reserve, pursuant to the decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of 17.12.2007, the Bank's share capital amounts to EUR 685.154.388,14, divided into 796.691.149 ordinary shares of nominal value EUR 0,86.
The shares of new nominal value began trading on the Athens Stock Exchange on 02.01.2008.
