Proton Bank S.A., according to the provisions of L.3556/2007 (articles 3 (xvi), (bb) and 21), in conjunction with article 11 of Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Capital Markets Commission, reports that Mr. Antonios Athanassoglou (person obliged to notify pursuant to article 13 of L.3340/2005), on January 30th, 2008 acquired 16,756 common registered shares of Proton Bank S.A. of a total net value of Euro 141,050.00.
