PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT OF CONCENTRATION OF ENTERPRISES (according to article 4b of paragraph 6 of law 703/77, as is in effect)
In the 25.1.2008 was notified in the Hellenic Competition Committee of the concentration which, the company with name SFAKIANAKIS S.A. acquires the control of Car Retail Activities of company with name "GEORGIOS KOYLOYRIS AYTOKINITISTIKI TECHNICAL AND COMMERCIAL ANONYMOUS COMPANY" and d.t. "G. KOYLOYRIS S.A."
The company activities that are acquired it is: a) SHOWROOM of KIFISIAS AVENUE NUMBER [196] Retail and Corporate Sales and Services (After Sales), BMW Parts, and retail sales of Used Cars, b) SHOWROOM of LAVRION AVENUE NUMBER [81] Retail and Corporate Sales and Services (After Sales), BMW Parts, and retail sales of Used Cars, as well as following of assets : Stock of Spare Parts, Stock of New Cars, Stock of Used Cars, test drive Cars and equipment of service units.
The company activities that are acquired it is: a) SHOWROOM of KIFISIAS AVENUE NUMBER [196] Retail and Corporate Sales and Services (After Sales), BMW Parts, and retail sales of Used Cars, b) SHOWROOM of LAVRION AVENUE NUMBER [81] Retail and Corporate Sales and Services (After Sales), BMW Parts, and retail sales of Used Cars, as well as following of assets : Stock of Spare Parts, Stock of New Cars, Stock of Used Cars, test drive Cars and equipment of service units.
