The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 that Ms. Androniki Syropoulou daughter of Stylianos, shareholder and "Other Manager" (according to a.13 of the L.3340), proceeded on 05/02/08 to the sale of 539 (five hundred and thirty nine) common shares at the price of 11.30 euros (eleven euros and thirty cents) of total value 6,090.70 euros (six thousand ninety euros and seventy cents).
