DIAS AQUACULTURE S.A., in accordance with Law 3556/2007 and Decision 1/434/03.03.2007 (article 11) of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces that on 06/02/2008, Pitakas Stelios, Chairman & CEO of the company, (person obliged to notify pursuant to article 13 of L.3340/2005), bought 13.000 common shares with voting rights of the company, with a total net value of 46.540,00 euros and on 07/02/2008 bought 30.000 common shares with voting rights of the company, with a total net value of 102.032.52 euros.
