Following yesterday's announcement relative to the signing of a 90 mi. euro joint bond loan for the refinancing of existing loans, it is clarified that the organizing banks are Emporiki, EFG Eurobank and Millennium while the coordinator organizer, delegate for payments and representatives for the bondholders is Emporiki Bank.
