(DIAS), re-discloses the Table Of Investments at 31.12.2007, due to latest information received from its Custodian about the cancellation of the bonus share issue of the company SOCEP S.A. CONSTANTA (Romania). The mentioned corporate action, with respect to the Company's Portfolio, refers to the distribution of 75.000 bonus shares, which had been included in the Table Of Investments at 31.12.2007. Following the above, the current value of Investments of the Company's Portfolio on 31.12.2007 is reduced by 5.654.57 euro, while the participation in SOCEP S.A. CONSTANTA finally amounts to 300.000 shares.
