Mr Mpelles and Mr Chaviaras are required to notify their transactions, according to Law 3340/2005, as a person holding senior managerial position. This announcement is made in compliance with the regulations of Law 3556/2007 and the decision of the HMC 1/434/3.7.2007 (article 11).
