Further to the announcement dated 9.1.2008, the company under the name "MARFIN INVESTMENT GROUP HOLDINGS S.A." hereby announces that, on February 27th 2008, they completed the acquisition of (a) three million four hundred forty four thousand five hundred twenty three (3,444,523) registered shares of the company under the name "RADIO Α. KORASIDES COMMERCIAL ENTERPRISES SOCIETE ANONYME", corresponding to 55.79% of the share capital of the above company and (b) nine hundred thirty nine thousand seven hundred twenty one (939,721) registered shares of the company under the name "ELEPHANT MEGASTORES ELECTRIC APPLIANCES AND HOUSEHOLD ITEMS COMMERCIAL SOCIETE ANONYME" corresponding to 58.78% of the share capital of the above company, against a total consideration of twenty two million two hundred sixty six thousand six hundred thirteen euros and sixty six cents (22,266,613.66 ?). It is noted that "RADIO Α. KORASIDES COMMERCIAL ENTERPRISES SOCIETE ANONYME" and "ELEPHANT MEGASTORES ELECTRIC APPLIANCES AND HOUSEHOLD ITEMS COMMERCIAL SOCIETE ANONYME" are in the process of merger.
