-EFG EUROBANK SECURITIES, purchased 4,000 own shares, of average acquisition cost 7.82 euro per share and total transaction cost 31,280.00 euro
-ALPHA FINANCE SECURITIES, purchased 43,130 own shares, of average acquisition cost 7.73 euro per share and total transaction cost 333,537.00 euro
(2) On 10/04/2008 through the ATHEX member, ALPHA FINANCE SECURITIES, purchased 3,000 own shares, of average acquisition cost 7.74 euro per share and total transaction cost 23,220.00 euro.
