The company under the name "MARFIN INVESTMENT GROUP HOLDINGS S.A." wishes to notify the investors, pursuant to art. 292 para. 2 of the Regulation of the Athens Stock Exchange, that its annual financial statements of the fiscal year 2007 will be published at the website of the Stock Exchange of Athens (www.ase.gr) and at the Company's website (www.marfininvestmentgroup.com) on Wednesday, March 26th 2008, upon the close of the session of the Stock Exchange, and will also be published in financial and political newspapers on Thursday, March 27th 2008. The briefing of the analysts with regard to the annual financial results of the Company will take place on March 27th, 2008. The remaining corporate actions will be published, within the time - limit determined by the said article of the Regulation.
