FG Europe S.A announces that today, Monday, February 4th 2008, the transfer of 55,25% of the company Hydroelectric Achaias S.A. held by FG Europe, to its subsidiary by 40% company RF Energy S.A. was completed. RF Energy also completed the acquisition of the remaining 44,75% of the company Hydroelectric Achaias S.A., thus presently controlling 100% of Hydroelectric Achaias S.A.
